The Gut Healing Stack

Targeted gut repair protocol combining BPC-157's mucosal healing with KPV's anti-inflammatory action. BPC-157 rebuilds the gut lining while KPV (a melanocyte-stimulating hormone fragment) calms intestinal inflammation through immune modulation.

Protocol

Peptide Dose Frequency Timing Role
BPC-157 500mcg Twice daily Morning empty stomach and before bed Gut mucosal repair, tight junction restoration, angiogenesis
KPV 200-500mcg Once daily Morning, empty stomach (oral or SubQ) Anti-inflammatory tripeptide that modulates intestinal immune response

Notes

Oral BPC-157 is preferred for gut-specific conditions. Take as capsule or dissolve sublingual. KPV is derived from alpha-melanocyte stimulating hormone and has strong anti-inflammatory data for intestinal inflammation. It can be taken orally (reaches gut directly) or SubQ (systemic anti-inflammatory). This stack is used for IBS, leaky gut, post-antibiotic gut repair, GERD, and as GI support during GLP-1 protocols. Pair with elimination diet (remove gluten, dairy, seed oils for 30 days), high-quality probiotics, and bone broth. Expect gradual improvement over 2-4 weeks.
