The GH Optimization Stack
The most popular growth hormone secretagogue combination. CJC-1295 (a GHRH analog) and ipamorelin (a GHRP) work through complementary receptor pathways to produce synergistic GH release without the side effects of exogenous HGH.

Protocol
| Peptide | Dose | Frequency | Timing | Role |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CJC-1295 | 100-200mcg (no DAC) or 2mg (with DAC) | 2-3x daily (no DAC) or 2x/week (DAC) | Morning, post-workout, and before bed | GHRH analog that amplifies and extends natural GH release pulses |
| Ipamorelin | 200-300mcg | 2-3x daily | Same timing as CJC-1295 | Selective GHRP that triggers clean GH pulses via ghrelin receptor without cortisol or prolactin spikes |
Notes
The CJC-1295/ipamorelin combination works because they activate different receptor pathways (GHRH vs ghrelin) creating a synergistic GH release greater than either alone. Must be taken on an empty stomach. No food for 2 hours before and 30 minutes after injection. The pre-bed dose is most important because it amplifies the natural GH surge during deep sleep. CJC-1295 with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) is more convenient (fewer injections) but produces a more sustained, less pulsatile release. Without DAC mimics natural pulsing more closely. Avoid carbs and fats around injection times as they blunt GH release.
