The Anti-Aging Stack

Targets three core aging pathways simultaneously: epitalon activates telomerase to protect chromosomal integrity, GHK-Cu resets gene expression patterns toward a younger state, and SS-31 repairs mitochondrial function at the cellular level.

Est. Cost

Duration

10-20 days (epitalon cycle), 3-6 months (GHK-Cu + SS-31)

Peptides

Protocol

Peptide Dose Frequency Timing Role
Epitalon 5-10mg Once daily for 10-20 days Evening Telomerase activation for telomere extension and pineal gland support
GHK-Cu 1-2mg SubQ or topical serum Once daily Morning Gene modulation (resets 4,000+ genes), collagen synthesis, wound healing
SS-31 0.5-1mg Once daily Morning Mitochondrial inner membrane stabilization, reduces oxidative stress

Notes

Each compound targets a different hallmark of aging. Epitalon is cycled short-term (10-20 days, then 4-6 months off) because it activates telomerase which the body naturally downregulates. GHK-Cu and SS-31 can be run longer-term. GHK-Cu has over 4,000 gene expression studies showing it shifts gene activity toward patterns seen in younger tissue. SS-31 (elamipretide) is in clinical trials for mitochondrial diseases and targets the cardiolipin in mitochondrial membranes. Blood work before and during protocol recommended. This stack pairs well with NAD+ precursors and a comprehensive longevity lifestyle protocol.
